For hygiene reasons, all products cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Shipping within Australia usually takes 3-5 business days, 7-10 business days to New Zealand and Fiji, 10-15 business days to North America, and 15-20 business days to the rest of the world.

Please check your address carefully. Please note that once Auspost has accepted the package, we are not responsible for incorrect address entries.
For all returned items with the comment "not deliverable/unable to forward/ incomplete address", a refund will be made after we receive the items. Also, we will not refund postage or any local taxes/customs/duties paid by international customers in the country of import.
