Our studio is based in Sydney, Australia. Our products are designed in Australia, and that we don’t sell mass-produced pieces.
2. What pieces are made of?
18K gold plated brass, 925 silver and freshwater pearls.
All our earrings are nickel-free and friendly to sensitive skin.
Please kindly note: although extremely rare, some people are allergic to the metals and finishes commonly used in making jewellery. However, because there is no way for us to know each customer’s medical history, we will not be held liable for any allergic reactions that may occur from wearing our jewellery.
3. Where do you ship to?
We offer global shipping with a standard shipping option to all destinations.
Packages are sent from our studio in Sydney. I usually take 1 business day to process an order. Customers will be provided with tracking numbers once orders are shipped out.
Australian domestic shipping usually takes 5-7 business days. International shipping usually takes 10–18 business days.
4. What is the return policy?
Unfortunately, our product cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
5. What if I received the wrong/damaged item?
We strive to provide high-quality jewellery and hope you never receive a faulty or damaged item. Unfortunately, these issues can sometimes arise.
If any issue arises, please contact us immediately to review the matter. We do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
6. Can I combine discount codes?
A limit of one discount code may be applied to each transaction. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
7. How should I take care of my jewelry?
We recommend removing all jewellery before washing your hands, showering, swimming, applying beauty products; also we recommend not applying lotion or spraying perfume directly onto your jewellery.
